Working With Us
It is our goal to take care of our patients in a professional and ethical manner. To "Do No Harm" is our oath. We are trained to identify contraindications to treatment. We are trained to identify and refer out in the case or possibility of systemic disease or life-threatening conditions. We use both scientific research, scientific explanations, and clinical experience to treat our patients. Patient privacy is established under HIPAA laws. Our offices are safe and clean; we use proper sanitization and hand-washing techniques according to OSHA to prevent the spread of illness. Doctors are always on-site to oversee and provide treatment.
We welcome working with other health care professionals of different specialties. We often work with orthopedists, neurologists, medical doctors, physical therapists, radiologists, massage therapists, and fitness trainers. We understand that every patient is different and every form of health care has its place in contributing to healthcare. We realize the importance of clear communication with other professionals in the management of our patients' cases. Our doctors are comfortable and trained to communicate using medical terminology. ICD-9 Codes and CPT codes are used. We are happy to explain any chiropractic or acupuncture terminology that may not be understood by those who are unfamiliar with it.
We are comfortable working with attorneys in personal injury and worker's compensation cases. We have provided treatment for patients with auto accident injuries for over 18 years. We are successful in providing quality, attentive care for our patients. We are comfortable working with issues such as apportionment, causation, impairment, and disability.
Records and billing are managed on-site by our doctors and staff. Reports are written solely by our doctors. It is easy to contact the staff or doctor you seek via e-mail, phone, mail or fax.
We have two convenient office locations in Rancho Penasquitos and Kearny Mesa, open Monday through Saturday. Early evening appointments are available.
